Adults gather to practice laughter as exercise.

Based on the science-backed principle that your body can’t distinguish deliberate laughter from spontaneous laughter. No matter the reason, it’s deeply nourishing!

We start with light stretching and breathing, and begin to laugh on the exhalation.

We rev up our laughter, and it becomes genuine and contagious as we connect with our fellow laughers, the nervous system relaxes and endorphins release.

Sessions build toward a freeform laughter meditation, and close with guided relaxation.
